Strand Science™ Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail/Tracked 48): 2–4 business days

Express Shipping (DPD/Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £45.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
6. Delivery Issues
Strand Science is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. Once an order is handed to the courier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
If your order is delayed beyond 7 working days or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@strandscience.com and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Orders
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Strand Science is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-shipping fee may apply.
